@@MichaelMyers-pj2uk he told the person over the phone that he did take it in to the store (which is obviously a lie) and seriously how dumb can you be.....how in the hell is somebody thousands of miles away going to magically fix your hardware over the phone?? Wtf is the guy going to do like send a brainwave command to just make the phone work.....I love grandpa and watched him since just as they were leaving trail wood but he and Michael for that fact are just plain old stupid 😂
@@Fuck_YT the guy did ask that and he said "my microphone is turned all the way up".....he clearly doesn't understand the question because 1) he is lying about having it "turned" up like it's a volume slider and 2) you don't turn up or down a cellphones microphones sensitivity it's not not something you have access to and it's only muted or not muted

I had a problem with my stratosphere 1 verizon sent me a stratosphere 2 at no cost and no upgrade, that phone had something wrong with it when I got it, Verizon then sent me a driod RaZR M at no cost and no upgrade.This is the best phone ive ever had now. Verizon has taken good care of me. All I do when I call is be respectfull and polite and they appreciate that and will be more likely to go the extra mile for you!
Let me tell you somethin about Verizon. Way back in the early 2000s my dad got that company for his house phone. Every now and then they kept raising the bill and never told him why. He tried calling them several times asking them why. Never got a simple straight answer. Eventually he got tired of it and called the toll free number to cancel the service and they charged him for the phone call!
Oh.... The Galaxy s3? Ha! I had that phone and oh my fucking gosh, lost call after call. I couldn't hear people, people couldn't hear me. Staticky. It's not Verizon's fault it's samsung's!!!!! I'm very happy with my iPhone 6 now
