Thank you for your video, very helpful. I have a question is it normal if my system is running off the FXO port analog trunk (for service) to take about 12 seconds until I hear a ring tone for and outgoing call? Maybe VOIP trunk is faster at communicating?

hey, how many extensions can we make on this PBX? Also, have you used the GS Wave app? If you have then I wanted to ask, what if I go out of my wi-fi network range, how will the smartphone then receive the internal extension call? Can it be programmed that when I will be out if network, it can forward the call via my FXS? Thanks a lot!

Hi , thank you for this nice and useful pesentation.I ave no probleme when dialing regular phone numbers ( 10 digits ) but there is an issue with my UCM, i can not call mobile phone numbers, although i have specified the dialing type. Any solution to solve is probleme ? Thanks for your answer.

Just to clarify, are SIP channels the same as analog phone lines? For example, I have 10 stores with each having their own analog phone number. We are going to start porting them over to SIP and run through our main office (UCM6108). With Lucid phone I could port all 10 lines over and pay $45 a month for 10 locations?

how do we upgrade to the newest firmware? the ucm is telling me to downgrade to some other firmware (which I can't find) then upgrade to the latest firmware. The instructions link to a page that is not there anymore, I get a 404 error. I am afraid to play with the firmware if I have to downgrade and then upgrade and if I make a mistake the thing won't work anymore. And on top of that I don't understand why I have to practice black magic to upgrade firmware. Every other device in the last 10 years you find the new firmware, upload it to the device and you're done.

I have problems, i have the main number and a DID, each number is for one company and i need to divide the calls. But all calls enter in the same route. I have done everything and don't get how to make two inbound route for both numbers. I have a voip trunk in the dominican republic.

i have two ucm 6104 in two branches, i tried to connect them on vpn, both devices can ping together, but sip turnks can, nt recognise each other, any one knows how to establish the connectivity... i will be greatfull for guidence...

with UCM6104 , How we create Inbound and Outbound Rules for PSTN ? ie receiving calls and outgoing call through PSTN ( Not using any sip trunks at the moment, Just using local PSTN lines for incoming and out going calls )
