I love the neutral color- can do this in chunky (5) yarn-& give it a Chunky texture. even alternating red/white squares for a candy cane effect..I am so inspired & TY for making this So easy. Really cute, have to try this! I do have one question though re the cuff. Since ribbing is usually used to allow stretch on hats etc, could we make a cuff by just going around (with a varied stitch?) till we reached the length we need? If we used a slightly bigger hook it should work, I think. ??? ❤️🐈⬛😎
If I do the larger granny squares would I still do 29 stitches for the band length or is it longer? This is my babies first Christmas and I would just love to make this. Thank you so much for sharing.
