The day Waterloo Road died. Most will say it was when Tom died, but it was Grantly who was the last character with the original Waterloo Road feel. When he died, the show got shitter and shitter.

I felt like it die after this series ended because I loved the characters in series 8 and 9 but some of them left after series 9 ended so I did not enjoy series 10 as I did enjoy series 8 and 9.

Grantly started off at the beginning as a bit of a moany old fart but has the series progressed he mellowed greatly and was loved by colleagues and pupils heartbreaking performances by Philip Martin Brown and Melanie Hill

I loved Waterloo Road so much and this scene was heartbreaking Grantly grew on me as the series progressed 💔💔💔 That song that played during Maggies speech was also used in eastenders Ive just realized!!!
