AS AN ARTIST I Wish to thank you for all the work you put in to help us!!!!!!......

I have won the sustainable art foundation grant, and it saved my family in the covid time. It is definitely worth trying, and not at all impossible to win a grant. I now am searching for a grant to go to an artist residency with my family. this list will help :) thanks.

I never applied because I always figured you had to be working on a big project or be a professional and I'm still learning.

I recently applied for an artist grant and the application fee was $19.98. That was about 3 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing. I got the name off a list. Thanks so much for the tips and the list. So glad I found you. 😔

Cleveland Artist Marc Breed b.1954-d. 2023 (self-portrait, below). Also known as Mark Garguilo Media & "America's Fetish Photographer". He was not solely a fine art photographer, but spoofed the city with his faux events. i.e. 'Cleveland Interracial Foxy Boxing' and 'Retro, the story of burlesque (film project). Notorious, indeed. He would sometimes switch mediums; stepping away cleanly. Like Banksy, he left many of his works for the taking, and shifted through names, with each hint of success. He was also a Mensan!

This is such a great list and video, thank you! I have actually received grants in the past, so I do rely on these. I’m feeling a little unsure about having applied to the hopper Prize recently. Generally speaking I don’t apply to things with an entry fee. For some reason I felt compelled to make an exception in this case. I haven’t paid for an entry fee in a number of years. Hopefully the investment will be worthwhile!

Hi, I am totally new to this circuit. I am not even an artist, but a creative idea been bugging me, non stop Maybe more appropriate for museum display than for a proper art gallery. Will have to hire others to birth this. Do you have any ideas. Quite frankly with the pandemic still here, it could actually be perfect as it will give me time to work on it.
