when this all happened - I was in H block with many of them in the county since it was federal case they moved them to Monmouth County Corrections (essex county and Monmouth are the only county jails that hold federally charged inmates)

I was born and raised there. Lived in many different areas throughout the city. I've never felt unsafe until I was in areas I shouldn't have been in and back when they was joy riding in stolen cars. I moved from Newark but still visit from time to time and still feel just as comfortable as when I lived there.
