Learn how to make Grapes Chow, a spicy pickle using an assortment of grapes.. with simple step by step instructions from Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com Based on the traditional way of making "chow" in the Caribbean, using grapes gives you a wonderful pop of juicy goodness to compliment the heat of the peppers and pungency of garlic, red onions and cilantro.

1 lime
1 orange
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Chris, I could be wrong but I don't see a Conch fritter, steak, soup on your site. As I look at others who have posted there is no continuity.... Can you? Also, can you extrapolate to include fish fritters for those who can not get conch? Lobster fritter, perch fritter etc... THX

2 things Chris. 1-Is this just an appetizer, do you serve it with cheese and bread or something thing else ? 2- what would be a good substitute for shadow beni or cilantro ? I live just in an area that we don't get such carribean herbs and family hates cilantro.

What kind of peppers are those Chris? You need to start growing some Herbs indoors in water lol. The soap taste from cilantro is actually due to some peoples gene variations.
