I like the elevation you're creating on each pennant. My favorite? Sand castle. Layering the 2 ribbons was a good decision! Floral bow clusters are so nice...that plaid ribbon works perfectly on this banner. This color group works well, but my creative brain wants to add little bits of red here and there...personal preference. I so appreciate the photos of the individual pennants...gives me an opportunity to take a closer look. Nice work, Kathy!
