12:52 i think that smudge tool is more logical in this scenario bcoz it gives blur and distortion at same time

You know the problem, we as photoshopers use soo much of layer and brush that we dont care about those tools anymore, basically we forget that those tools even exist

Not graphic designer, but few of this examples specially burger one can be easily created on canva app.. so is it ok to use such app and call it professional work?
