What has impressed me most are the sunset to night graphics, sunset work is amazing, sometimes I had a AI worker finish the field at Elm Creek while I ran across to the farm to get another tractor, I stopped in the metal bridge in the woods and watch the field work as the sunset, in the creek are deer drinking from the water, then it gets dark, and with the light mod to make it more realistic, it looks amazing!
This game desperately needs a new game engine. The engine they have is horrifying. Other games put this to shame when it comes to colllisions, map size, multi player, terrain, etc.
@@SilentBlast I feel like 15 it actually was, visually, most of what we see now is a upgraded version of 15. The feeling that machinery wasn't going over but really working in the ground, engines revving up to power a machine, mowing looked more realistic, but the game was worse due to a lot of recourses were put into that graphical change.
@@gercobosch2870 Yeah okay i agree with you here bassicly 15 was an engine upgrade then 17 came stuck with same engine as 15 then 19 came and another upgrade so 22 is now here and id expect fs 24 to be an engine upgrade aswell but im talking quite far in the future so we will see :)
@@SilentBlast FS 15 was the first generation of the second generation of FS saga with a new graphic engine... That's why it was a bit wonky... I also remember that had a lot of struggles with the modding community, because there's many script strings that was missing from the devs... Otherwise, FS15 still was a very good chapter of FS Saga
If I had to rank my top 3 biggest releases for this series I think it would be 13, 22, and 15. 13 really put the game on the map, 22 added the production chains and so many small details that really add to the immersivness, and 15 because of the addition of logging mostly. It was a pretty big thing at the time. Albeit, I didn't ever watch or play 19 because I had completely stepped away from the series at the time so I really have no idea what they added except for JD and horses.
FS 19 had a pretty massive visual upgrade. Clouds became 3D and grew and shrank with the Weather Changes, Cooling Grills became actually see-through, the Player Model in Tractors used Pedals, Joystics etc. for the first time. Windscreen Wipers were animated, Dashboard Lighting was introduced. Oat and Cotton were brought into the Game. Weeds were introduced. Hosing which connect Tractor and Attachment were introduced. CLAAS also joined with the Platinum Edition. The Shop switched to the 3D Preview that is also used in FS 22. Equipment Wear was introduced. The Switch from buying Fields to buying Land happened in FS 19, to ensure you actually own the land you cut your Trees on. Crop Destruction became native, as did the bending of Crops when driving over them. The new Mission System with the Contracts was brought in. Thats all i can think of right now
19 zu 22 auch, war nur so, dass der 19er schon ein grafisch, und auch Gemaplay mäßig, top war, für damals. der 22er ist jedosch mit den entsprechenden Updates schon noch einmal nach vorne " geprecht " wie man im deutschen sagt :)
I love FS22. Started with FS17 on PS4. I'm glad they took a gap to release this game. I play on console, and the graphics on PS4 FS19 was good. A big improvement over 17. But the jump to 22 on PS5 was amazing to see. To have it run at 4k and especially at 60FPS was a game changer for me. Everything looked so much sharper, and smooth. Just seeing the machines work still is a treat for me. Every implement that moves with the machine, I love the small detail. And then there is the new supply chain system that add so much to the game. Sure it has it's flaws, and the game engine is showing it's age. A game like this would benefit alot from terrain deformation and better focus on physics, something more like what Snowrunner is doing. Still, nice to see the evolution.

fs 2013 was the best farming simulator yet fs 2017 had the best graphics fs 2022 had the best game features and mechanics fs 2015... fs 2011 was revolutionary fs 2009 was the father fs 2008 was the grandfather who started it all
Graphics improved fantastically. Physics, on the other hand, advanced as much as the Germans advanced in Stalingrad. It's been feeling like Mario Kart with tractors for a decade, and it will probably stay this way for the next decade.
the game isnt too bad looking now, but one thing ive always wanted was for the map to be more reactive to what u do like if u drive through water itd splash or if u drive on a wet field u could get stuck or u would atleast mark the ground
Recently got into the FS series on Xbox. Tried out FS 22 and decided to go all the way back to the first one for 360. Holy crap it's come a long way since then.

I came about FS by fluke...I was in a local serving video and grabbed all farming sims they had and tried them all and only Giants FS15 stood out and i have been a super fan since...Half my life was out in the country surrounded by farms and Tractors and such...I wish my Grandfather was around to see this Simulator especially FS22 his mind would be blow away And thank You Sony and Giants for bringing out for PS4 and PS5 you saved me 600 bucks for i did not have to get PS5 for this one SIM I like to call a sim for to me its not a game. Its a world i can disappear into for hrs and sometimes days and build my own farm and do what like with it. I can not even think where you will go with the next FS?? i am sure it will blow me away...However there is one peace of equipment i wish i could get and that is a real world flying crop duster that would be the icing on the cake ..Maybe next version or someone is working on it for FS22....So far you have not let me down on my PS4 FS22 I think of it and B4 you know it Its a new mod so i will wait a see...And i could use it to fly over to all my farms and check thing out..That would be Sweet....
Giants have said for the map size we have planes won't be a thing, but they never said they wouldn't increase base game map sizes at some point to allow for planes to come into the game so never say never.

the game has evolved a lot over the years, but I believe that in terms of physics, particles, animations and multiplayer, they should improve, because there are even mods that make the game more “playable” than the developers themselves do, I hope the next Farming's are a little better

There must be a drastic difference between the PC versions and the mobile versions. I have 16, 18, and 20 that I play on my tablet and they don't look anything even remotely close to any of the stuff shown in this video! Not just the graphics, but everything. The terrain, the vehicles, the layout in general. They are entirely different games. After watching this and so many FS22 videos lately I'm quite jealous and want to buy a new PC just so I can play FS22! Lol!!

I bought a new MSI gaming laptop during Amazon Prime Day and then bought the FS22 Year 1 bundle which comes with everything like the season pass and all that good stuff! I've been playing it like crazy, but there is a lot to learn. It is sooo much more in-depth, detailed, and involved than the mobile versions were that I had been playing.
I feel like there hasn’t been much improvement since 13-15. Like yeah, the game looks overall better and different ground effects and whatnot. But, I would love to see a better game engine used
Fs17 is imo the best looking one. In 19 and 22 surroundings and maps are better, but vehicles look more like plastic toys, rather than serious heavy machinery.
veriy gud, how cool everything is. The fact that both the developer and the developers made these games. From 2009 to 2022, it's cool, cool. How everything is worked out, how all types of transport, how the harvest, some are needed for sowing crops, for loosening, for grass, for trees. I liked everything, I want to, and I think others also dream, and they want the developers to do everything clearly, no lags, no bugs, a purely optimized game. I'm playing Farming Simulator 2020 myself. So I'm just developing, maybe someone will tell me how to move forward, while I'm saving money to sell kids, then I don't know if I can save for something expensive to sell at prices more expensive, and thereby earn a lot of profit. I'm from Russia myself, so please don't jump in.

OMG!!!! So much nostalgia!!! I remember playing FS 11 in my 13 years and I was hooked for so long :D. Now when I look at the graphics, yeea Xd, we have gotten pretty far from polygon steering wheel XD. I didnt play FS 13 and 15, returned with 17. Also, I dont know why, FS17 felt to me as the first one with quite good, realistic looking graphics, and for me, its still better than in the FS19 and 22.
yeah they put in so much more work on the textures in 17, the 19 and 22 versions just feels so flat... the UI is horribad to go back to in 17 when you have played 22 though, the shop and such, but it is "doable"
Ich habe den 2009er früher gezockt, dann den 15er auf der ps3 und nun den 22er auf dem pc mit Lenkrad. Der Unterschied ist wie Tag und Nacht, selbst das gameplay ansich

I think they really should switch the engine. They would be able to make the game so much better on UE5 for example. So much better performance and physics would be possible. The game lacks so much on the gameplay side
It's like the same game but with some more details every year,they have to upgrade the engine because rn in 2022 a game with a 2010s graphics and vehicles who stop for every small collision the do is a shame
@@Nonturne maybe he was playing with the german version of the game... Indeed, Farming Simulator was known as Landwirtschaft Simulator, because there wasn't a english version at the begining
Коли вже сліди від коліс нарешті зроблять. Тупо виглядає коли трактор їде полем не залишаючи жодного сліду. Навіть в іграх SpinTires, MudRunner та SnowRunner є сліди, а в фермі нема.
