Desert fried ice cream is amazing!!! It's a scoop of ice cream rolled in oats and cinnamon, and then they drop it in a deep frier for a few seconds to make everything get warm and gooey, except the ice cream stays cold.

Deep fried ice cream is really good! It's basically ice cream balls that are very frozen. They are washed in egg whites and coated in cereal and froze again. And then you fry it in oil and add toppings and it's really good :-D

Apparently in Singapore we sell fried ice cream here in Japanese restaurants dnt worry it dsnt taste crappy it s actually pretty gd it s this batter wrapped around the ice cream and fried but the ice cream dsnt melt and u hv liek...a biscuit thingy surrounding it :D
