Para los que no tiene el traductor: una tortilla comun de huevo ckn cilantro y perejil.. rayas la papa y en poco aceite fries un poco.. pones encima la mezcla del huevo y hierbas..que cocine 5 minutos luego pones queso encima y cubres con el resto de la papa rayada. Tapamy que cocine. Es todo

I think I would mix all of the potatoes in the egg mixture to start with along with some finely chopped chives or onions and chopped ham, then cook it on both sides; also keeping in mind that the harder you cook the eggs, the harder they are to digest.
