There was no pevert involved - although, of course they are out there (and in Vietnam as well). Yup, in a previous video it was mentioned that her mom left her for another man, while her dad is in jail. She feels utterly abandoned - even going as far as asking her dad to not remarry cause he will abandon her too. So sad.

The first time Win received a donation she wanted to use it to buy better food for her father in prison. Win has also had a condition called macrodactyly from birth which is getting worse. On another occassion when given a donation to buy toys Win said she would rather have shoes for school. Not a bad response for a child of her age. She also gets a lot of unjustified criticism simply because she is quiet and serious compared to other children her age. Win is like she is because she has a very high ACE score (Adverse Childhood Events scale) and also because within that she is suffering from an abandonment anxiety syndrome. She has had a completely disadvantageous upbringing when compared to Ngan - although Ngan is a very impressive young lady regardless of her background. I think from what I have seen of her you would be hard pushed to wish for a better daughter (and I have five). Going to live in the same house as Ngan is probably the best thing that could have happened to her and hopefully will help safeguard her future.It is really noticeable in some of the videos that in many ways Win is the "oldest" member of the family.

Troy completely misrepresented me. I didn't ask for any contact with them. Neither did I ever suggest she should learn english to talk to me. Why would I tell Troy I wanted to remain anonymous if I wanted to talk to them.

I didn't. Troy misinterpreted what I wrote. As uni is at least a three year project I was trying to figure out a way to send funds if heaven forbid Troy was not available in the future. Having re read my email I can see why Troy might have got the wrong idea. I have now written to Troy to clarify.

@@nunya2954 I couldn't agree more. I have been working with children all my life and having re read my email I understand where Troy's concerns sprang from. Hopefully Troy will be able to clarify with Ngan and family and move forward. The only piece of information I need while Troy is around is what her annual university fees are.

She's also quite humble too. She's very polite when she speaks. Non Vietnamese can't pick that up based on Troy's subtitles.

As it turned out, it was a misunderstanding which has now been resolved, although I applaud Troy's caution until he had the opportunity to clarify some details. The person concerned wasn't looking to do anything nefarious, but purely to help the family.

They had to pay the hospital bill that day and also mom had to pay for Ngan fee (if she did not, Ngan could not do the test). 2 big bills in the same time then Troy came with the donation. Ngan's mom couldnt hold emotion. My opinion, she was think she is burden for her kids

The consequences I'm referring to are many nationalities thrown into 1 pot and just to think that we are gonna live in some kind of harmony with each other. Just have some seen with the Sudanese slow to integrate into Australian society Or Lebanese or other Arab gangs that form the streets of Australian big cities. When countries are homogeneous like CHINA..RUSSIA..INDIA and VIETNAM you don't have the same cultural issues as u have when u throw everyone together. It's just a fact.
