I recently sold my bed that was taking up too much space in my room. That was about a week ago. Since then I have been sleeping on the floor on top of blankets and comforters; I wake up in pain every day. Still, I get up and do something. Once, I am up and moving, I feel better. I now have a new appreciation for a bed and for having a functional living environment again. Things to be happy about. AROO AROO AROO SPARTANS ADAPT AND OVERCOME!

I sleep every night on the floor (I'm 61), and at least 200 nights a year on the ground in the mountains. They don't call it Spartan living for nothing...

Inspiring from Joe as always was only talking to my mate at work today about how people don't appreciate what they have enough to many people are getting down in life and Moaning how they temporarily can't do the things they enjoy because of covid but Joe is right everybody has gone below the line and when they come back up too it we will all appreciate the things in life we once took for granted I miss my local parkrun every Saturday morning since last march its been cancelled yet when I finally get to do all my races including Spartan trifecta this year it will mean so much more as I've been below the line and I have 2 arms and legs and I can see 😃 some people would give anything to have those 3 things if there blind or disabled so YES I AM HAPPY 😃 because I appreciate what I have🥚🍌🛌💪🏃

I am so Happy to be Alive! But knowledge of Having Trillions of dollars to be able to Help others gives me Anxiety when i have lots of people trying to steal it. Over 15 emails stolion. I Want to Help the Veterans and Poor! ❤❤
