Could be true to a certain extent . But it is only by a very small amount of time. A few minutes or hours at max. The definition of the word 'second' has been fixed by an international committee. Even in the 1900s the average age of life of human beings might be somewhere around 30-50. It has increased in the recent years with the development of healthcare as well as hygiene, in addition to food security of humanity in general. Better nutrition ,better healthcare, better hygiene might just have contributed more to humanity's 'age increase' than the rotation of the earth. I could be wrong about this though.

Earth does loose some mass but, not nearly significant enough to cause changes in its rotation. The mass lost per day is insignificant compared to the total mass of the earth. But change in the distribution of mass would make sense. Much like a ballerina(spreading her arms to spin slowly, and faster if closed in).

Axial tilt doesn't affect rotation speed, the northern regions during winter have a wider shadow/night time area, the whole planet has the same angular rotational speed in both hemispheres.

As the Moon slows it moves farther away. The significance here is that the spin of the Earth seems to be spontaneously speeding up, this cannot happen so there must be a cause but it isn't known what that cause is.

Actually, nowadays Earth's vulcanism activity os considered lower than, let's say, 130 million years ago (when gondwana supercontinent broken into what now we see as Africa and America conterparts). Besides, no matter what is responsible for Earth's core heat (which could be about 6.000 Kelvin, and don't even scientists have a good explanation for that so far), it's eventually cooling down by loosing energy to outermost shells. So, Earth should be, in principle, cooling. There are some mineral groups that increase in size locally in mantle (about 500 km deep), when mantle cools down, but can't explain gain in volume for whole Earth, due to other mineral that behaves as expected (I mean, reduces their volume when they cool).
