I am new to this channel it really puts out quality pieces...i love it and can't get enough of it. But with regards to this topic in particular some of the points seem off for me: 1. Arabs and Israel in a single defense pact seems like a pipe dream. The fact several Arab countries recognize Israel or cooperate with it on regional issues is one thing but Israel still does not enjoy popularity among the majority of the Arab people due to the ongoing israeli-palestenian conflict and i doubt any arab leader can sell a defense pact with Israel to their people. Although they might cooperate discretely. 2. The actual military might of Iran is over sold for effect US interest are served best when their is a big villain in the eyes of the arab nations in the region it also diverts attention from israel. But on the ground for example the egyptian military is superior qualitatively and in some areas quantatively to Iran especially with gulf money backing it in the event of a conflict according to global firepower. Not to mention that their is a defacto military alliance between egypt and saudi arabia 3. The US is less reliant on arab oil but it still is a major source of energy fornit and in the event of an actual conflict i sincerley doubt it will just stand and watch.

You cannot compare a country (Turkey) which domestically produces its all kinda weapons and exports them to other countries to a country (Egypt) which imports weapons across national boundaries. Turkey is also a NATO member and must produce all the military equipments at the highest quality to meet NATO quality standarts and certificates. Egypt doesn't have that necessarity.

As an American I can say it's always better to strengthen your militaries if possible and form alliances with countries that actually agree with you rather than some dictating the rest that way you don't have to be dependent on countries like mine and have to do things you may not want to guarantee your own security.

Now the Arab world has ditched Pakistan to form their own alliance. Good from India’s perspective. It is also a matter of concern for India because of India’s commitment with Iran especially the INSTC corridor to Russia and Central Asia through Iran. This is important for India as it by passes Pakistan and provides an alternative to Suez Canal.
The European empires and later the US ensured the geographical configuration of the Middle East not with any other objective but to ensure it followed historical tribal territories in order to prevent any sort of a united MiddleEast consortium of mutual interests and benefits. As pak phoren ministr i suggested to add Paxstani te rrorist groups to al-NATO. I told them our j hadis can be good human shield and is time tested by pak army!
