Xi is working behind the scenes to get expansion done for BRICS or just for China with bilateral talks with many countries who sent leaders or delegates..BRICS must expand to offset Western markets which will go into a decline..USA has debt issues and EUROPE has competitive issues and unemployment..both face huge inflation challenges...I think security is also not 100%..currency discussions still ongoing but De-dollarization is an undisputed fact...
