Scientists in Wuhan have flagged a deadlier coronavirus found in bats from South Africa. They say the virus is one mutation away from infecting humans. Its mortality rate is around 33%. Palki Sharma tells you how the world must respond.

Whether or not COVID was modified in the lab, sooner or later nature will evolve a deadly virus to curb human overpopulation, its done it in the past, long before we learned how to modify viruses. Additionally, enemies of, predominantly the west, will be looking at how poorly we have dealt with COVID and how the general population has resisted control, they will now be looking at virus warfare as a weapon more seriously than previously.

Same they said about COVID. Hospitals were advised to give useless, high side effects medicines like remdezvir, tb medicine, malaria medicine and they would keep you away from sunlight, death rates were so high in Western countries, because it would cause fear and its a good business strategy . but here in kerala we were given only vitamin tablets. Trust me its not serious. Our whole family had got covid. Just eat light food, fruits, citrus juice, vitamin tablets. It will go away within one week.

One feels fear not because of what is being reported in the news. The media just puts out bits and piecea of news, often heavily coated with an opinion or a tinge of bias. The fear is just ones reaction to the news. All those whose only response to the news is " im done with this. It is just MSM fear mongering" are those who cant control their anxiety from listening to the news and decide well eff it Im going to just shut the news out and just pretend nothing is going on. I am not a biologist, so I am totally confused on this subject. Can someone please clear this up for me. Isn't the gain of function process basically the scenario you just posed. Proactively dealing with a potential threat before it mutates to humans. I am totally confused on that topic. I just read the following article and I am trying to figure it out: The FDA requires that animal testing be performed for vaccines before human trials can go ahead. However, as viral tropism towards the model species is unlikely to exist already, in cases where human viruses are under investigation, then strains that are able to infect the model species must be generated. This can be achieved using gain-of-function research where the virus is passaged through the animal, allowing molecular determinants of transmissibility to be identified, and vaccines under investigation to be tested.

Me too from South Africa. I also have a family of bats living in my roof for years. I have helped many of the babies when the cats got hold of them, fixed them up, cared for them, let them sleep/rest in my jersey and placed them back in their roosts when they were healthy. They are an incredibly smart species with extremely high family bonds. Never ever ever have I ever been bitten, infected or whatever bs they are trying to spin to victimize and blame this poor species.

What about the Winter Olympic Games to be held in Beijing in a week's time ;the perfect opportunity to release a new more deadlier strain of Coronavirus on the world. I regard it as staggering that China was awarded these games in the first place. Of course they were awarded to Beijing years before the pandemic started, but it has also been suggested that this pandemic has been several years in the planning. It begs the question as to whether the awarding of the Winter Games to Beijing in 2022 was part of this global Agenda ;a sort of Phase 2 to the achievement of global tyrrany??
