Okay but if you guys think about it, GIFany was what it felt like to be in a mentally abusive/exhausting relationship. You feel trapped. Obligated to be with that person. And their manipulation tactics, like with how she mentioned ‘all the girls will laugh at you if we don’t date.’ I know it isn’t that deep but just a small analysis.

I noticed that before 1:40 she talks in a more robotic fashion but as soon as Soos suggests seeing other people she’s speaking normally and full of emotion.
I feel kinda bad for Gif, Soos thought she couldn't go to the wedding with him when it turns out she totally could as a robot, and like, imagine a girlfriend who will always protect you and can make you digitally immortal and put you in all your favorite games, Soos missed out on a chance of a lifetime.
I can't help feeling bad for her. She's just a program but her thoughts and feelings actually seem to be real. By design, she's supposed to be a stepping stone for a real relationship or at worst (or at best in her case) a band aid solution for desperate people. She can't ever hope for a deep meaningful connection with anyone. She's supposed to be abandoned. It's kind of depressing hearing her say "and I'm sure you'll never abandon me!" because it's just an inevitability. What really gets to me is the expression in her face when she's paused. She made her last effort to latch onto someone (in the worst way but still) but at the end she has to meet up with the inevitable outcome expected for her. She's created to give out her love unconditionally for someone who won't stay for her. Every time.
I think when i saw myself in .GIFfany is when i really started to realize that like... she's not a good person- like, i knew that intellectually but i didnt know it emotionally. So i -correctly- realized that it's my fault to expect the universe to conspire to get my crush back to me, and that they do not like me. Like they dont even tolerate me.

I mean the whole point of her is that dating her is like dating an AI chatbot, designed only to feed you compliments, enjoy the same things you do, and laugh at all your jokes. She’s literally designed to be the perfect waifu. But of course, while an AI chatbot might give you a good hit of dopamine, it’s still not a replacement for real human connection. Giffany’s idea of romance is ultimately hollow. And that’s why Soos has to move on.
@cartoonishidealism582 her idea was fueled by her own inexperience and blind desire for romance when she has had nothing to value her whole existence. She needs someone who wants to listen and help her, that person wouldn't be delusional he would be her savior.

@adamgoncalves1591 idk man, Giffany was rejected many times fir the sole reason of her being digital, an existence she didn't choose and can't escape. Bound to be rejected over and over till someone looks past that. She is such a tragic character, she never wanted to hurt anyone but so much isolation and never ever feeling love from anyone, no family, no friends. Her situation is worse and she needed someone anyone to be her anchor ❤
Fun fact: The deleted after credits scene for this episode was supposed to be GIFFANY being trapped in Fight Fighters after her CD got destroyed, and falling in love with Rumble McSkirmish, and this was even canonized in Journal 3
