He takes her to the stars and says he wants to change.bilistina believes him.their love continues.but one day, when they're alone, dipper sees bill and thinks he's going to hurt his daughter.blistina wants to explain, but thinks her daughter is under her control. A big fight begins.at this time, another villain, tad strange, appears.he was a normal-looking Wizard.
