If you're watching this and aren't subscribed to this channel, the Universe must not know what to do with you yet. @Corridor doesn't release random, 'shady' clickbait videos for even less-genuine view counts, no. They are absolute masters of their craft, combating daily for the balance of sheer genius with the "can we get away with this"-ness ways of the 4-to-5-day work week. Sure, there may be a few videos here and there that "don't suit you" (or whatever pathetic excuse you're using this week) but that was only a test, to seek out non-subscribers like you. Okay... so maybe "the RU-vid algorithm" sent you, with its divine, all-knowing wisdom... or quite simply... the algorithm was just wrong about you. Only the one, true subscription shall set you free. We both know what must be done. But more importantly, YOU know what must be done. See you in the comments, fellow Subscriber.

It's only when they can no longer put what they think is their mind playing tricks on them on hold that they finally address the issue. I also like that they don't shoot the monster : they've probably been trained to not escalate the situation, might be savy enough to not try to antagonize an eldritch horror, but there's also the possibility that the bullets would loop and hit them in the back.

I really love seeing horror media where rock solid, highly trained specialists slowly lose their sanity/cool. Really has the potential to set the stakes. I wonder if its easy to overdo or miss the mark on but here it looks great. I had thought about a liminal space horror concept for a while a lot like this with a swat team where one of the initial "scares" is one of the team members becoming separated early enough that the rest of the team is more like "thats weird, lets push forward and maybe we will get clearer radio", trying to maintain calm. Minor plot point/scare to clear the short term memory. Then they turn a corner and find their lost team member huddled in the dark, his uniform faded and in rags as if a decade has passed, but hes no older. He'd be completely hysterical and inconsolable, and quickly become separated again in his panic to finally escape now that hes not alone. But leave behind a crack in everyone' composure.

I LOVE the concept of an infinite hallway because of how much it destroys the human psyche. We know that if we move through space we arrive at a new location, but what do you do when you move through space but you don't change locations, despite knowing well you are indeed moving? It is so counter intuitive towards the human understanding of reality that it is undoubtedly a mind breaking situation. You simply can't process what is going on. The take where you see the body cam view of the officer running down the corridor is a perfect depiction of this. Imagine you are running, getting tired, feeling the floor under your feet as you push it away, desperately trying to reach somewhere that is not where you are, and yet you never arrive anywhere. If anything, the officers handled it really well.

I rarely watch the VFX reacts, and I suspect most of the OG subscribers are the same, but I fully understand why they do it, a large subsection of the audience enjoys it, and it's a much more simple, easily produced style of content than other buckets they have, and at the end of the day they have to make money to keep funding their business, and VFX reacts is a solid part of that, so I have no hate for it, just helps prevent them from getting overworked and still make solid content that can fund the rest of their big projects

Everyone else already praised you on the incredible sound design, endless hallway shot, and the gear up sequence. I LOVE when Gui trips over the BigWheel. His acting is on point. You could see some fatherly thoughts go through his head when he looked back. It's so subtle, yet it adds a gigantic amount of backstory. Daddy SWAT and his fireteam saving a family. Makes the horror so much more horrible! Such a great video.

This really worked. - Actors (Gui, D, and Jordan is a great combo in these roles, especially Gui) - Cinematography (hallway shot great, but also the car shot was very stylish) - Lighting (didn't over-color your dark scenes, awesome) - Trendy (people love weird horror right now) - Music Things that could help: - Don't think we needed that insert shot of Apartment 5; the lighting was good enough to draw focus to it - Sparks when the lights shut off helps tell us we're not cutting to black Also I hope it's not aliens based on the title. Eldritch stuff is always more interesting!

DUUUUDES!!! I was gonna go for coffee this morning - but that's not needed anymore!! Can't wait for more of this! 2nd watch: Just watched it again. When the reveal happens at the end, there's 4-5 frames that make it look like an online of a human for a quick little jump scare where you can see 'legs' and a 'shirt' outline, then as the lighting comes up, the other reveal further down the hall happens. BLOWN AWAY. 3rd watch: Okay, took a third watch to notice the Caller's voice during the Corridor Running shot, revealing a name - excellent detail work. 4th watch: The opening shots that are combined with the camera rotation is something I don't think I've seen before. Definitely sets a sci-fi vibe for me, and I'm not really sure why. Love it.
