Grease is a 1978 American musical romantic comedy film directed by Randal Kleiser (in his feature directorial debut) from a screenplay by Bronté Woodard and an adaptation by Allan Carr, based on the stage musical of the same name by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey. The film depicts the lives of greaser Danny Zuko (John Travolta) and Australian transfer student Sandy Olsson (Olivia Newton-John), who develop an attraction for each other during a summer romance.

The entire cast is not dead! John Travolta (Danny) Michael Tucci (Sonny) Barry Pearl(Doody) Kelly Ward(Putzie) Eddie Deezen(Eugene) Lorenzo Lamas(Tom) Stockard Channing (Rizzio) Didi Conn(Frenchie) Jamie Donelly(Jan) and Dinah Manoff(Marty) are still with us!

I would give anything for a Renegade reboot if Lorenzo was up for it. I loved him in that show. And til recently I never knew he was in this movie. Love the movie too

@@janabanana1976 He was only about 20 at the time. He was with Sandy for a while. He(Tom) ends up with Patty Simcox(Susan Buckner) who sadly passed away earlier this year.
