Not the three stooges but I remember George Reeves reminding kids that only Superman could fly because there were kids jumping off the roof of garages trying to fly.

@@bjbell52 During many personal appearances, including TV appearances, Moe would constantly remind the kids not to try any of their antics at home as it was extremely dangerous. Only the Stooges got paid to be stupid.
