What the judge said in the end made more sense. The matching dna of blood and hair belonged to another person and the dna of some hair found near the victim matched with the accused. So there is possibility of the accused being present with an accomplice who may have murdered the victim. However that is not conclusive evidence the accused had anything to do with the crime. It still has to be proved that there was involvement of the accused, but at this stage can still be suspect.

No you are wrong. Such advocates become state lawyers and earn salary. If they charge exorbitant fees no one will pay it cause anyone who wants to defend themselves does research.

Here everyone knows who murdered. In spite of gross incompetence of state lawyer, Judge tried his best to be neutral and lenient with state lawyer's sloppy investigation, FIR report, statements, literally everything. The defence lawyer is fluent in English and that's his major strength. State lawyer is not even fluent in Hindi and using some dialect.

Why do you think the defense lawyer’s fluency in English is a major strength? The prosecutor spoke well. Using dialect doesn’t mean he is not fluent in Hindi. It’s his most native and, to me, very understandable. What is native is genuine. Wouldn’t possessing a native and understandable language be a major strength as well? Had he prepared a case, we would have been able to correctly assess his linguistic legal competence (which in this video I thought wasn’t dull). In this case, it was only incompetence because of lack of preparation.

There is literally evidence of blood on towels and other fabrics fo7nd in the accused home. The defence lawyer exploits the fact that the investigation does not specifies whose blood it is. Also, the accused has a history of violence against the victim. The only problem here is that the prosecutor was utterly unprepared. It's possible that the other hair found on the scene is from an accomplice. Good language plus loopholes doesn't imply innocence. A proper trial is needed to uncover the truth.

also hair from kitchen + statement of fight in kitchen match. Police and prosecution has too many cases and staff shortage so *acquittal , bail depends on how good lawyer you have* poor people can't hire lawyer good enough to catch loopholes. Thats why bail shud be ruleor atleast people should be allowed to live in same city with GPS Anklet* innocent shudn't suffer jusybcoz govt can't fill all vacant posts

Let's not conflate incompetence with not knowing English. English is not a superior language. Many people make amazing arguments in Hindi and in broken English. The strength of an argument does not come with language.

The only problem here is that the prosecution is not as prepared and articulate. There is still serious evidence that the accused might be guilty. A proper trial and good prosecution is necessary to uncover the truth and deliver justice.

Prosecution is hopeless😢 both police investigators and the PP. It is frustrating. Crimes are not high in our society not due to fear of low enforcement but due to fear of GOD and general moral values. Same goes with corruption and stealing of money by people at higher places. They know can get away with it😢

Killed or not has to be proven. The defense lawyer's arguments suggest an incomplete investigation and some serious questions remain unanswered. If she has committed crime she must get the punishment but if not she should get resolution fast enough.

Everyone knew who killed whom. The judge tried really hard to be fair. But Investigation agencies, the way charge sheet was filed and the way lawyer was being, it was all a complete fiasco

Confession in front of the police has no validity in front of the court. However if the accused made a statement in front of the magistrate, it will go on the record of the court .
