I agree the GB are faster but against the Americans or Canadians, the Canadians would have been better opponant for a gold metal finish. The Canadian and Aussie race was so close you didnt know who was going to win. Unless the Brits fell off their bike it was a slam dunk. Either way congrats to GB for the win from a Canadian.
If you look at the time of the Canadian and GB time when they raced against each other you will see that the Canadians did put up a better fight. The Canadians were at least half a second behind at the end of the race compared to the Americans who were a lot behind and if there were another lap to do, the Brits would hap passed them. Like I said the Canadians did put up a better fight then the Americans.
no that was the world cup. Check the date it was posted how could that have been the Summer Olympics in Feb. Besides Canada got the Bronze not silver. GB was racing against USA and if you noticed Canada gave GB a better fight then what the Yanks did.
