The car at 2:08 did it correctly. He wanted to stop on the left side of the road (he did as well) and hence he turned on the left blinkers. Blinkers are used to show where you are moving, be it making turns or changing lanes. In this case, he changed lanes to stop on the left side. Your comment at 2:26 "why you need to switch on your blinkers before you even make a turn". Bro, you need to turn it on before you make a turn or change lane to give vehicles behind you a chance to slow down or just warning them.
You are wrong 2:34 you need to learn some thing not the car driver . We have to turn on the blinkers few seconds before taking the turning so that the vehicles at our back get the warning before hand and they can take better decisions instead of colliding within the car suddenly. Why do you turn on blinkers when you are already taking the turn which is clearly visible to other vehicles.
If you check all my videos, most of the roads are not that lit bro and there are two reasons why i use high beam of my scooter 1. There are many idiots who cross the roads during nights even where there is not enough lighting and no Zebro crossings hence without the high beam it becomes hard to notice the person crossing the road. 2. If you are concerned my high beam will blind the opp driver/rider, i assure that using this high beam you can even hardly notice an elephant in the dark.
