That sounds like a VEC-25/50 voice system on an MS-9200udls.

The voice evac message is very loud which is good but it sounds very low quality as like with most Fire-Lite ACC-25/50s which is very hard to understand espically in reverbarant areas so to fix it should do tone only but thankfully there are horn strobes to get your attention if you can't understand the voice message to tell you to leave the building And coincidentally enough, the video quality is also bad as well as it goes up to 360p like really it's 2023 and most RU-vid videos go up to 720p 1080p, 1440p, 2160p, 4320p and not this crappy 360p quality!

Here’s a tip. If you don’t like, just don’t watch it, simple enough right? Like really? You think it actually does any good to make pointless arguments like the 360p? And the fact that you made multiple comments about it shows me that you only find things to criticize, and that’s it. And those types of people’s opinions, really don’t matter to me one bit! 😂

Can you please fix the bad 360p video quality and the bad voice evac message quality? If you can't fix the voice evac quality then make it do tone only You can fix the bad video quality by deleting this video, re-rendering this video with better quality before re-uploading it. If you can't fix any of these issues then unfortunately we'll have to deal with these things in EST Quality

Like I’m having to deal with your attitude in EST quality? 🤣 You making this statements honestly makes you, as a person, no better than the 360p quality. You can’t upset me pal, but great try though, haha. 🤣
