And way too much money as of the TEN machines I saw in the video, some behind that weren't even freshly painted, but he ONLY used four of them, so why have TEN, if that size (which only fits into the joint sealer) is all he needs to work up.?
No, he was just "showing off" what he does on a daily, with any of the TEN machines there, of which he did only use FOUR.!! To make what? A simple 90 degree (easy-bend) pipe section. BUT LOOK, at all the wasted "sheets" he cut wrong and thus tossed aside at the bender, which he didn't explain (he'd cut wrong so couldn't use?) Plus behind the roll-former, he had SEVERAL "rolled pipes down there, tossed aside too - (unused wastage). Nah, he'd shagged around for a LONG LONG TIME, "perfecting" his speed at making ONE simple bend. And look, in his HASTE, the bend sprung back to be LESS than a 90 degree bend (possibly only 85 degrees at best, an unacceptable mistake, from specialised machinery he'd obviously been proud to make himself, for the task.)
Green manufacturing. Супер элегантно ! Браво !
Total respect! This man knows his equipment and the process needed to produce a quality product. Now if he can get some employees and a contract for a good amount he could streamline his production and become a big company.
Mmmmhhh.... Naahhh ! Not in Argentina... The moment you hire someone, you put yourself in the radar of the attorneys, sindicates, police selling protection, municipal government... That could work in a few non catholic countries...
This man is a real engineer. A final product with a high quality in only ten steps. Meanwhile, large corporations worrying about Capex projects to acquire machinery, KPI's to evaluate the operator, 8D's to evaluate non-conformities, kaizen to rearrange machinery, excessive spending to acquire raw materials, exorbitant salaries of executives who In most cases they don't even know what are they manufacturing, among many others. And all for what? to obtain a product of miserable quality, and most importantly; to deliver it late to the Customer.
