Sounds more like a lullaby than before. It sounds like something I would imagine young Link would listen to when he is exhausted and resting, while also expecting to see more on his journey. It makes it more perfect.
this feels more dark ish. like a sort of dark scene. like link burying zelda and he's sitting at her grave with his sword planted in the ground, lost in sorrow. then he vows that he will defeat ganon. for her.
For me this is like a villain getting all his works destroyed by the hero, and then him having a flashbacks of how hard he gets to where he is now! Now he has to start from the very beginning and experiencing pain once again and being a human weakling once again, revenge against humanity are in his grasp but only for the hero to make him feel the worst pain in his life! he cries, he cries in the rain non stop! while the hero cheers for his victory, but he will make sure that he will win someday! While crying in pain! Everyone will witness the pain he suffered from his childhood all the people who mistreated him will all suffer!

I can imagine this playing in the Downfall timeline where Gannondorf, impales Link, in the middle of the fight, and then finishes Zelda, off, and rules over the land until the next Hero, comes, but this is all we hear when Link, is bleeding out, and dying, it’s like the game over theme, but more tense because it’s his actual death.

why does this one sound like if they made a last edition to the zelda games and the fairy fountains were no more and destroyed and walking in one all you can hear is this sad and slow song of what once was and now its all black now theres nothing the magic is gone and your only home your only place of peace and relaxation is gone and you have to traverse the world with no hide to go to when you need it its gone and now you go through the game fighting for your life and trying to restore the world from evil but this time it wasn't enough all those generations in time you and many other versions of yourself trying so hard to defend the good world from evil and now this time it wont work this time even if defeat the evil there is no more magic there is no more hero just a world with no light anymore and a broken dream, but i could be wrong maybe even all that and you defeat the evil for good your the last link and the biggest light of them all who suffers the most just to defeat your enemies once and for all for the world forever but it can also be that it was too much and the evil overtook you and you die a hero trying his best but ultimately failed.
