Thanks 🙏 I have heard that this spot is normally crowded of people (more people than fish), so I guess I was lucky with only a few people giving it a try 🍀
@@tomaszpokrzywa3169 haha, I was regretting asking her at one point when I heard she had never netted a fish before, but she did very well! 😁 and all of us were equally happy I think 😃
@@Hvuttar sad to hear and same here :( last week it started to rain in a few areas in Norway, but jn bergen where I live it’s been dry since March 😩😩 and Bergen is normally one of the wettest area in Norway..
Another great video thanks. I got out today for the first time this year but unfortunately didn’t catch anything. I did get to try out my new fishing rod though 😁
@@SalmonfishingNorway hi, I got a new LTS Explosive 13'6..I matched it to a Rio SVT and it really flies. I tried all the sinking head with a 5' polyleader and 8' cast on the end and turnover was perfect even with large tubes 👊🏻👍🏻
Did the salmon in the box unfortunately die? And if so do you get to keep it once someone has checked it out. Great video by the way awesome place. I'm from Tasmanian and have been having the time of my life chasing 6/8kg escapee Atlantic salmon in the last couple of months, I've caught over 80 Atlantic's since they escaped in November last year.
Thanks 🙏 the fish became weaker and stiffer due to the blood loss. I called the land owner and he came down and took the final decision to kill it. I didn’t get to keep the fish, but the land owner did. That’s a lot of escapes :/ do you known how many salmon that escaped?
@@SalmonfishingNorway 50 thousand 4/8kg and 130 thousand 800g salmon, they didn't last long. I reckon heaps of them headed in your direction because that's what happened when they tried to get them to breed here in the late 1800s, I think it was late 1800s not sure now.
