Fun to watch. I'll never forget when Eric was competing in the short lived "Gorge Games" on the Upper White Salmon I saw Dane in a play pen in diapers, lol. So much fun to follow his career and watch his videos. Are we gonna get some Cali footage this year?

Hey Dane, any chance you can film you and your dad kayaking together, I watched your dad win the freestyle pre worlds in 2000 and then the worlds in 2001 in Sort in the Pyrenees, be good to see if he still has it.

"Not going to check because ignorance is bliss!" Hahahahaha! Is there anyone who has done much kayaking and has not jumped into a boat that has been sitting around unused for awhile without looing to see what spiders, mousie poo, packrat nests and other accumulated questionable stuff is in it? Makes me laugh because that's absolutely something I've done many times. I'm always amazed at people who can do playboat tricks one after the other and have it all look good. I would wipe out on the first attempted flip. Just so fun to watch people do it so easily, and even in a hole like that with it's weird undercurrents. It's like watching really good gymnasts going through a really challenging floor routine. I've done a lot of paddling, but the best I can do is an ender. Kinda worthless because I can also stand a boat on it's tail in slack water too. When you know what it takes, it makes it all the more exciting to watch. There are obviously some very good kayakers out in that hole. Definitely a cut above. Was good to see better levels. I remember that last year, after the games, it turned into more of a hike than a paddle, and it was ugly low even for the games. They were putting big plywood boards in the river in hopes of making the pour overs deep enough to get through. Probably not the right place to say it, especially since he never that I know of was at the Rocky Mountain Games, but I still miss Bren. Dane, congratulations not only on all your wins at Vale, but also on your marriage. I hope it will be a long and happy one!

what is the last one yall were doing? it was like a team race with defence? and how does the defence win or do they even win? what do i look up to learn more?
