A very simple and tasty dish with sour white cabbage and meat, which my mother also made 🙂 It is very tasty with bread or dumplings.

We need:
1 kg of sour white cabbage (fermented cabbage)
1 kg beef rib (fattier)
2 onions
3-4 bay leaves
2 soup spoons of ground red pepper
2 teaspoons ground cumin
ground black pepper
10 grains of whole black pepper
500 ml of milk
180 ml cooking cream (or 200 ml)
3 soup spoons plain wheat flour
oil
salt
water approx. 1-1.3L (or as needed)
sugar to taste
* you can cook the meat in an ordinary pot or in a pressure cooker.
* the food should be sweet and sour, add as much sugar as you want
