My study is in Isaiah at this time. I know this doesn't go with the "new" mindset being forced because of a code. God is not in the code. He is demolishing man's traditions to prove beyond man's intellect. He is still the God of war to His people. He is still the God who delivers by His might. This is the message. We can not worship a Christ that we keep putting on the cross day after day acting like we don't see him. Acting like we don't know. Therefore, the God of the Old Testament has come down to take His son off the cross and deliver in a glorious way, His people. We ain't dealing with the comfortable warm fuzzies Jesus. We're dealing with the God of war because of a government and nation's blatant disobedience.
