Aunque no conozco las técnicas de Choy Li Fut, me parece un video instructivo e interesante.Es alentador ver que este Grandmaster rebosa de sabiduría teorica y lo que es mas difícil, también aplicada. Es bueno darse cuenta de que en el mundo hay personas asi!!!!
lo que se pierde en fuerza física o velocidad los años de practicar el arte lo compensan con memoria corporal y estrategia la técnica fluye, el cuerpo anticipa y el golpe es certero... letal. Ya no necesita fuerza ni velocidad. El choy lee fut fluye natural y poderoso...

I used to think kung fu was so cool. I went to a clf school in San Diego and then sholin Lohan pai in St. Louis Cool traditions and such but it just doesn’t make any combat sense compared to some of the other top martial arts styles I still like watching kung fu theater every now and then.
