Absolutely great episode. I am sorry Tara wasn't feeling good and I hope you got some good and needed rest. So excited you met Jeff. What a great opportunity and super nice. guy. We are adding this to a Must See location. Great job! Thank you so much!
Incredible job on this video-one of the best I've seen! The transitions from Google Satellite views of the building location to the coverage inside were amazing. I know how much time and effort it takes to create a video like this. Plus, you managed to share valuable information without pushing any products, just subtly mentioning your insiders group. Kudos to you guys for a job well done!
Spending next winter in south Texas and close to Houston for a month of that so you just shared a top stop for us! Love the videos and great to see you out on the road again.
That tour was great! Thanks for sharing. If you get near Huntsville AL, check out the Space Camp/ US Space and Rocket Center where the third Saturn 5 is.
Pretty cool, we enjoyed visiting Kennedy when we were in Florida earlier this year. I loved their reenactment vignettes with the actual recordings. In the one we saw they even lit lights above the seats where the people talking were sitting at the time.
Love your videos, and your choice of music is awesome. Really adds to the enjoyment of the video. More U Tubers should consider that. Awesome job. Looking forward to more awesome content. Thanks for sharing. 💕🤗👏Safe travels.
Thank you for this video on the Houston Space Center. I too had only been to Cape Canaveral. Houston has lot more operations related stuff. And a third place I recently discovered is The Space Center in Huntsville Alabama. Where all the rockets and engineering of space components are designed.
All the cabling in the avionics complex combined must be so long. Forget miles, think parsecs. That Saturn V was huge on screen, so I can imagine how awesome it must be to be standing next to it. Great tour, Jeff!
Of all the youtube videos I've watched this one had me on the edge of my seat this is awesome. Thanks for sharing!! I'm going to winter in my class c, in texas, this will be a must stop for me!!!! Again thanks for sharing!! Toledo 💙
Thank you for sharing the Houston Space Center it was very interesting. If you haven't been you might want to check out the space center at Huntsville AL. I believe it would be worth your while.
My wife and I visited the Houston area about a year ago and went to the space center, but it looked like a lot of walking that I felt I couldn't do, so we opted out. Enjoyed this video to see what we missed.
Welcome to Texas. It's good to see y'all made it. Unfortunately y'all ended up in my least favorite place to drive in the world ( at least in the world I've driven in, #2 Atlanta ) Other than the traffic, there is a lot to see and do there. I hope y'all enjoy the rest of your trip. Maybe the weather while in Texas will be cooperative. God bless and stay safe on the road.
So cool! My husband is also a nerd and loves space stuff. While planning a trip from RI to Norfolk, VA last year I stumbled across NASA's Wallops Flight Facility, just outside of Chincoteague, VA. They have a free visitor's center which made for a great start to a travel day!! They still launch rockets from Wallops Island a few times a year, so I'm hoping we can go watch one. One day I'll plan a trip just so we can visit all the space related places. 😁
Looks like a nice campground… the second one not the squeaky wheel one! Love space stuff! We had a great time at the Armstrong Air & Space Museum in Ohio. I remember watching the moon landing live on TV. Still gives me goosebumps. 🚀- Jim
Great video. The Space Center has changed some since we were there in 2011. Sometime mentioned needing open roads card reinstated. I will need to check on that. There were no stations where we spent the winter where we could use it!
If you have a TSD Open Road and have not used it for a long time you need to make sure it open. Call them and have them sure it actived. We were at at Love's at the pump, and it wouldn't work, 1st clue, wife went in, and they started the pump, finished, and it declined.
I don't know why I'm tell you this but I am my daughter went camping in ky and mudding in thier jeep she came home with a tic on her they put her on medication and are checking her blood they told her it could come out okay but 5yrs from know could come back as Positive? For lime disease this shit is crazy.
How did u get into those suits for the thumbnail!? 😊My hubs really enjoyed Tara's 🎶 selection. You could have inserted a clip from jackie Gleason, 'To the Moon!' (When the show was adapted into a movie). Or Michael'🌙 🚶♂️ All the 🏃♀️ around left Tara a bit worn out, Daisy approved, though❤️
I learn something about the EFS fuel card yesterday. We had been parked in RV park (Miami) for 5 months and didin't use card any while parked in Florida. Well when I tried to use it I was declined at pump. Called Open Roads and card was reactivated. The weekend warrior I spoke to representing Open Roads was working at home. As we were talking 3 dogs go off and start barking loudly. I said to rep shut your dogs up. She goes I can't make my dogs be quite and hangs up on me. I own a dog and if she starts barking while I'm on the phone she will be addressed by rules boundaries and limitations. She is a dog but she has rules, boundaries and limitations.
PSA to people who have the TSD Open Roads fuel card. If you've not used it since October '23 your card has probably been suspended. You need to call the number on the back of the card to get it reinstated and you then have 24-hours to get fuel, or they will discontinue it again. I mention that because I know a lot of people stop RVing in October and don't start back up until May or June.
It happened to us. They tried to open it backup but had problems and had to send us a new card. Cost us $22 more at the pump and need to use a different card.
We are in the market for a new rig. We hate the P.O.S. 2019 Thor Miramar gasser we have now. Build quality is shameful. Our retirement rig was always going to be a 45’ Tiffin DP. But then Thor bought Tiffin. 😢 We want a Tiffin 45FP. And now, in 2025, they finally have flush floor slideouts. Yay! We will have it inspected by an NRVIA inspector even though we are buying brand new. Any dealer that won’t allow for a 3rd party inspection will not get our business. We’ve considered Newmar and Entegra but no one has the floor plan of the Tiffin Allegro Bus 45FP.
@@ChangingLanes every other channel that I have subbed to make makes at least one video per week on a consistent basis. I follow several channels that make 3-5 per week. I am not saying that you should do that. But 21/2 months behind?? I'm out! Unsubscribed!
Thank you both for another great video. Hope you guys had a good visit. This brought back some great recent flashbacks. The wife and I were there on our return trip from Florida to Ca. We got to see all the things you guys saw(except where Jeff took Chad obviously). It was a great visit for us. We saw the Cape Canaveral in Florida as well. (got to watch a launch the day we visited). Chad, did you collect any hats or coffee mugs from there? I got a NASA hat and coffee mug from each center. :) Hope Tara is feeling better. Hope you have continued safe travels.
So you claimed to have saved $3,000 in fuel but what’s that compared against? The retail at the truck stops or local filling stations prices? Major difference. Truck stops have the highest retail prices around. Just curious. 🧐 😮
That was vs the truck stop regular price. Sometimes the consumer side is a few cents less than the retail truck lane, but the discount still more than makes up for it.
I used to be a subscriber until I realized GD was in fact a cult. I just came back to see if Changing Lanes had made some statement in favor of those being affected by the frame flex yet they’re quiet like many other GD cult members. One wonders if we could take any of these individuals experiences as guide to make certain informed choices and while ultimately choices are our own, people come to RU-vid for some guidance.
