Great Maple Modern American Eatery is a third party restaurant inside Pixar Place Hotel at Disneyland and while it appears to be extremely expensive, it actual is a very welcome addition to Disneyland's restaurant lineup and something to check out.

Love your review as always! I initially balked at an $18 old fashioned but then realized who am I kidding? I’m bougie on vacation. I think this review continues to show that Disneyland is just better with food, even with a local chain.

I missed you two by a few days!! Me and my family had breakfast there last Friday and we all agreed it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had on vacation!! Our food was so delish!

I was excited to try this place, but we went over Spring Break and it was packed. Despite having a reservation, we waited quite a while for our table. Most items were OKAY. My fried chicken sandwich tasted burnt and like it had been fried in old oil. I will probably give this place another chance when it isn’t so packed.

Everything looked amazing! I often prefer the dark meat chicken thighs over the white meat chicken.

I look forward to your reviews each week. I love the pics of the dishes that you get and the pics of the space/designs of the restaurant. I have one suggestion- tell John y’all need to go to Au Lani and do reviews on restaurants, resort etc there!!! I would love to to see that! Keep up the good work👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
