25 months Not 25 years..!! The Mega Vadhavan port(Dahanu, Maharashtra ) (& other project opportunities like Mumbai Delhi expressway, Bullet train and many other projects are set TIME bound ) construction &development (road and railway line) last mile connectivity has gained immense momentum,attention, respect & kept on ultra fast track clearing and setup(Uninterrupted and Non stop working on tight and strict completion time ) .as a result the areas around it are witnessing a heavy demand for warehouse ,godown.,commercial parks & corporate offices . Even if we spend 5% of the profits, we could do 10x more positive things for the environment in comparison to the damages, and also, India is a developing country that's why we need to first become developed then think about environment. Without development, we would damage the environment more, e.g. 100 years ago, we were not much developed that's why we used wood for cooking foods, which did quite a lot damage to the environment, but after we started using LPG, the damge significantly reduced because cutting trees is 100x worse than LPG. Similarly, we can do much such positives for the environment but only after we become developed

Petroleum reserves, natural gas reserves, and now a major transshipment port. These projects are bound to allow the Andaman and Nicobar Islands to develop on a large scale. 200 to 220 million dollars in saving. This is equal to 15000 crores. India can easily recover the investment of 72000 crores in a period of 5 years. This is something the Indian economy needs to concentrate on. The India-Singapore electricity line can be used to power the development in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. These electricity line should be underground as it will pay for the additional costs of underground line in the long-run

सब सोच रहे होंगे ग्रेट निकोबार में काम होगा तो लोग वन्हा रहने जायेंगे मैं बता दू न सिर्फ ग्रेट निकोबार द्वीपसमूह बल्कि पूरे अंडमान निकोबार में एक भी ऐसा टापू नहीं जन्हा लोग नही रहते खेती बाड़ी होती हैं काफी सारे चर्च हैं मंदिर एक भी नहीं जितना जल्दी हो अंडमान निकोबार जाओ जगह कब्जा करो और मच्छी पकड़ के खाओ डोवलेपमेंट होगा तो आपकी कब्जाई हुई जमीन की कीमत भी बड़ जायेगी क्या पता एक पूरा आइलैंड आपका हो सब्जी और फलों के बीज ले जाना हो सके तो एक दो मंदिर जरूर बनाना कोशिश करना समुद्र देव या विष्णु देव मत्स्य देव के मंदिर हो😊

While appreciating the efforts, we have to also consider the risks of the location in respect of earthquakes, zunami. Even this is the starting point of South East monsoon with formation of cyclones. India will be put to extreme risks as the weather pattern is a challenge. As a patriotic citizen, I wish our nation would progress economically taking into the natural threats involved.

1. The locals must be empowered and placed in charge rather than just moving people from other areas . This will lead to locals development along with others. (Professional Education) 2.
