As with everything else the value you get will depend on the set up effort and the user training. In general I have found that the more options a user has the more the confusion about what to do next. Direct navigation to a PO? The ECC6 method is much cleaner I think. But time will learn...
Never say the words "etc..." in a product demo - it assumes the viewer knows what you mean, when actually that is YOUR job to TELL them what you mean. Also, I've never classed filtering as a "Cool" feature of any application - certainly as it's been around for 20-30+ years. Certainly not "Cool"!
