What a super fun weekend with your friends!! Heehee… does remind me of “another” park… that’s so cute. I love Build-A-Bear.❤🧸 The prices are very reasonable. Food looks fun! Oh yay - we do get to hear Jack’s voice!😊 A faux fireplace … perhaps a placebo?😂 An indoor waterpark sounds FUN!💦🌊💦 And the hot tub! Very nice amenities. I used to play lasertag w my kiddos. I’m glad you had such a nice girlfriend’s getaway! Big like!! 👍🏼🎉🥰

We used to visit the original many times over the years our boys were growing up, Alice and Jack. It was a wonderful place to go on those cold Wisconsin winters! It was always a fun time and Wisconsin Dells, such a beautiful, enjoyable town to visit. When we would ask our boys where we should go they always shouted the Great Wolf Lodge! 🤣🤣We would quite often have to overrule them and visit other areas. 😢😢Not always popular, but we didn't want to go there all the time. But, when we did we always loved it, and as you mention it's a great place for young families. Young ladies too Alice! Thanks so much for bringing back the memories.

This place is incredible. I didn't realize they are so massive. The room is really nice. I've got several family members who have stayed at the one in Wisconsin. I think Wisconsin is where they go. They love it and the massive pool area keeps the kids entertained for hours. I just love the aesthetics inside and out.

I wish they'd had these when I was a kid! I love the wolf ears. This resort seems to have absolutely everything you would want or need. For people travelling from far away, having places to eat and shop makes a resort perfect. We don't have to figure out where to get things or where to find restaurants. The room looks really nice, love the fireplace. (Jack's seating for one in the bathroom actually made me laugh!). The themed suites look great. Magic Quest looks so cute and that waterpark is amazing. Great resort, so much to do!

I had heard of the one in WI but did not know it there was more than one location in the US. The hotel store is great adventure for kids as well as convenient for adults. The video arcade probably a bit more fun than the store. Stories, characters, lazer tag. Have not seen that kind of bowling before. Congrats on the win. Lots of options and some of the add on prices seem worth it. The grand water park is the premier attraction. Ha, adult hot tub! Great place and video. Cheers👍

What a great place, I would love a pair of Wolf Ears and have my photo taken with the Mascots, now you know that I can be a big kid. What a great venue. Great accommodation. Wow! prices vary according to peak and low seasons. Some great activities in this venue. Well done in winning Alice. The Wave Pool is cool and I love a Lazy River. Huge Merchandise store. Great Wolf Lodge really was so much fun. I think being able to act like a big kid every now and then is a great thing for usually serious adults to do. This really was a great resort. There was so much to do and experience here. Thanks so much for watching - and for taking the time to comment!

A Girls Getaway? How fun! I wanna stay at a "Great Wolf Lodge" so bad! I was happy to see you had a video out on this Resort!😊. I Love the" Wilderness Lodge" Feel of this place, ( you know us Disney folks relate everything to Disney, lol) I Love your Room! I'd visit during the Lower Room Rate for sure! Wow! They have Sooooo many Activities here! I knew about the Indoor Water Park, but not everything else they offer! You could definitely stay here & enjoy your entire Trip! Ofcourse I love the Waterpark! Great Wolf Lodge is always such a fun place to visit. It's great how everything is there and you don't have to leave. Of course when we visit, David has to make a trip to Captain George's at some point. lol I didn't realize that the arcade was open 24 hours. Thanks for sharing!

I definitely can understand the desire to go check out Captain George's. I can never eat enough to make it worth the price - even though the food is great. Jack tries to make up for my inability to eat my share though. This was my first time at Great Wolf Lodge and it was so cool! I am sure young kids love this place. But I even had a pretty good time in the adult hot tub and lazy river. There really is a lot for everyone in the family to do here. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Very well done informative overview of this Great Wolf Lodge location. We have one near us that we used to visit about once a year, but we haven't been in forever. I always had fun at Great Wolf Lodge, though. I miss the Magiquest in Pigeon Forge. Lola and Stella used to love Magiquest, but could never remember the wands. The room was very nice and spacious. The food looked what I would expect from Great Wolf Lodge. They do have a really nice water park and arcade here. I wasn't aware that they also had lazer tag. I wonder if the location near us has that. I hope we can visit Great Wolf Lodge again sometime soon. For now, I'm still recovering from last year. I'm enjoying the time off while making plans for the adventure of a lifetime heading into Summer. Exciting times ahead!

I saw one of the Great Wolf Lodges online recently for flooding :( This looks SO cool! What a fantastic place to visit, I love the lodge theming. That looks like a decent size buffet. Not too bad on the prices either for a buffet now a days. Love the room tour, HOW COZY to have a fireplace in the room. The balcony is a nice addition too to get some fresh air and see the pool. The mining sifting is such a cute touch. Looks like lots to do for kids. That indoor water park looks really big! Very impressive. Nice they have an adults only hot tub! Awesome video as always :)

Great Wolf Lodge is our go to. We went to the one in Wisconsin Dells for Rosalie’s birthday a few weeks ago. In my opinion they do a good job catering for elementary aged kids while adults can have fun also. Rosalie gets the Pup Pass every time she goes. I was thinking of maybe trying to go every single one in every location. 5:31 I thought I would finally figure out what you guys look like but it was like Home Improvement where the neighbors face was hiding behind the fence. Well played.

Hey Alice!! What a fun place for a girls trip! I want to take our boys to one of these Wolf Lodges so bad!! I think they are building one here in FL, but I would go to one anywhere 😂 it all looked great, we did one of those magiquest in pigeon forge and the boys loved it! I highly recommend checking out the Anaheim Great Wolf Lodge sometime. While I have never been to that location, my experience at this one in Virginia makes me think it would be a great stay for your family to experience together some day. If that was a functioning fireplace that room would be awesome! I grew up in Wisconsin and not once stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge! We also have one here in Charlotte and we haven't stayed at the one either so I was interested to see your video and thoughts on the place! I'm sure kids love this place!

We've been to both the original Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells and a much newer property in Bloomington, MN many times. It's a great resort for families, although I think it's gotten too expensive in recent years. The furnishings and decor of this property in Williamsburg remind me more of the one in Bloomington, but overall, my son and I were very surprised by how plain and how much less cozy this one in Williamsburg seems than either of the ones in Wisconsin & Minnesota. I think it's a difference in the actual building that it's in. It's definitely much more spacious though, so probably better able to handle lots of people. Also, do you know if the rooms at this location have fireplaces? Many of the rooms at the Great Wolf Lodges up here have fireplaces, and the big fireplace in their lobbies will have a big fire in them for about 2/3 of the year, which I think adds to the coziness.

It has gotten a bit expensive. My least favorite thing about our stay was the price - though I split the cost of the room with my sister in law who roomed with me so at least I didn't have to pay it all. There are some rooms that have real fireplaces. The lower cost room I was in just had the fake decorative fireplace that put off no heat. But there are some rooms with the real thing. The lobby does have a huge fireplace that they often have a fire in as well though I would imagine that gets used less in Virginia than it does in Wisconsin and Minnesota. I enjoyed my first experience at a Great Wolf Lodge. A Kalahari resort is under construction in Virginia to open in 2026. It is supposed to be the largest indoor water park in Virginia and one of the largest in the country. So I will definitely go check that out when it opens. It will be up near Washington DC. And I would love to see the originials in Wisconsin Dells someday. Thanks for watching and commenting!
