Stories from the Outbreak is a turn-based zombie roguelike RPG. Lead a group of survivors from the doomed city of Riga towards the ferry sailing across the North Sea. Scavenge supplies, fight the zombies, decide the fate of your crew. What are you willing to sacrifice to survive the zombie plague?

Just what I maybe noticed from watching- It does maybe look like the lines on the timeline did refer to poison and bleed timers. I think it looked like those always happened at exactly those times regardless of when they were applied so like… if you applied a bleed on tick 9 of a 10 tick cycle, the next tick would deal bleed damage even though it had only been on for 1 tick. It looks like that happened in one of you later fights: you had poison on somebody and applied bleed on them on tick 8 and both the poison and bleed activated on the line at tick 10. This is different than the, “for the next X ticks” since those debuffs come with a timer on them. This game looks really interesting. I’d be down to see a playthrough on it. Hopefully my observations are accurate and they help save your future runs one day instead of forcing you to just completely guess on the DoT timers.

Wow pretty cool. Im curious to see what happens when you get a 5th party member. Does Janis get dropped off at the nearest hideout where the new guy is found? Or does he still tag along and just sit out the fights?

Theres an "Idle" box on the character loadout menu (15:58) so perhaps we do get to allow one character to tag along on the sidelines in case we wish to swap them in?

to help you pronounce things ill point our that when there is a line over a vowel you use the long sound (eg line over U is "YOU" not "uh") i hope i explained that well

Combat system looks neat. The writing feels a little clunky but for a game of this type its not a big problem. I'll probably snag it on release.

OMG I'm buying this game! Thanks, Reto! MAINLY because I love the way Anna looks like a Japanese delinquent school girl! The baseball bat, the black long skirt, and the black shirt/jacket is definitely a "Sukeban" style fashion, or Boss Girl style. It's a 70s fashion, but the style still exist even now And her hairstyle, too! It looks really cute (it looks like me *shameless self-insert*). That fringes are the default go-to if you're a Japanese girl-or guy, if you're going for a cinnamon roll soft boy looks. Also, Anna is a "cool" name in Japan, because it sounds like American name. Well, at least among my friends back in the day. Oh, and of course the gameplay. yeah. I like it, too. Anyway, I love her design (including lore, traits, and abilities) (Trivia: Everything that's American is cool in Japan.)
