I knew someone would write a comment like that and it's nice, but never get overmotivated and listen to your body. You need to watch out, train smart, rest properly. If you don't rest properly all that stress will do is destroy you. To me motivation never is the problem, it's the limits of my body. So to do what this video encourages you to do might be good for many, but not for all.
nobody dislikes this kind of videos. the likes are those who get motivated by this. the 'dislikes' are those are dun nid this videos cause they are motivated already
This got me through a tough work out today, I always try to push myself. But it was different this time. Amazing what a motivational video can do, I only had the sound to listen to, but that was more than enough. Thank you for this piece.
When videos claim to be the greatest motivation on the planet, I must admit, I doubt their value. But after watching this video, i can safely say. This is the greatest motivating video in the universe.
Life is a game. A game has freedoms, barriers and purposes. A person is as alive as he is interested and when you stop being interested in life and playing the game it's over. DBH
and thats why u wont achieve things in life, if u can sit down and not get injured, but u wont achieve anything, if u get up and push it to the limite, u will achieve stuff, not just any achievement, but great achievement, try it u might like the feeling, and maybe tell stories or coach one day
Did you ever think that some people's interests aren't where yours is and that everyone is different. As long as you go and do what you are passionate about and are interested in and push yourself to be better at it, it shouldn't matter what you do. Each person should not have to be questioned or have to defend themselves on their own interests.
A whole 8 hours of actually finding movies that I liked, single clips and audio and then editing it all together will tell you otherwise. The only clip that I used from someone else was what you pointed out and I used it because I liked it. Everything else is me.

there, thats very smart, and its true, ur right this video is not for everyone, but for smarter ppl like us, it could be very good, i know my limites but even then i pushh it so i couldb be better and better, if i ever get an injury then i relax and knows my limites
Bodybuilding is great - I mean sure there is the downside of foul-smelling flatulence that comes with high-protein diets, but hey let's all look good. Great video.
