We have a small PBX business system and when we get scam calls on that, I generally say "Please hold while I transfer you to someone who can help" and then give them some nice classical guitar hold music. They usually hang up pretty fast 😋

This one reminds me of the time I had an IRS scammer call me and I spent 3 hours on the phone with him knowing it was a scam and they threatened me saying they would send the police to my place of business. I’m a truck driver so I dared them to do it. 🤣

Because of you. I have learned how to speak enough Hindi to mess with scammers. My wife and I are a traveling medical family around the US. It's amazing how much we hear from people at dog parks about these scammers and how they get scammed. I try to help teach people in each of the state's we work in, on how to combat scammers. I've gotten e-mails regarding orders or payments that I never made on accounts that I don't have. I wish I were adept at trolling them, but I just click on "report spam" without opening the e-mails and leave it at that.

Only one problem with that, you might get a genuine call from a number you don't know. Same with withheld numbers, it might be the hospital telling you a family member has been injured or something.

I love your videos! That conversation with the last guy would have gone the same for him if he ever had the misfortune to call my mom to try and scam her. My mom is a dear, but she needs actual written instructions to copy files from a USB stick to her laptop. She would unintentionally and unwittingly give scammers a heart attack from sheer rage, or at the very least make them rage-quit their attempt.

It blows me away how calm Pierogi remains through all of the verbal abuse. These scammers are such foul people.... You idiots get caught with scamming people but you are going to say really nasty horrible things when you get caught? Shame on you! Pierogi and the Scammer Payback team are the best!!

My mom watches your chanel, and your videos helped her realize that she was being scammed on her computer. She understood what was going on, and after the scammer told her to pay money for deleting viruses, she hung up on him. Than you so much for helping everyone ❤️.
