Stupid is what stupid does. Didn't she know that? Not to mention internal audits are a part of a company's business. So, even if she wasn't scammed, an internal audit would had revealed the outside business deal. Well, in the words of my father, "it takes all kinds". This staff member was clearly a doofus.
