I just made this for dinner and it was fantastic. My brother who does not like spinach said it was delicious and ate a huge slice.👍 He is now converted to eating spinach. Yay!

I love most of your recipes and when I watch your videos, I almost feel like I am in Greece, which is a great feeling. I hope that next year I will make back to Greece, so that I can taste some of the recipes you are presenting here (including this one). Athens, and some of the Kyklades, that would be my plan.

I miss Aussie spinach as it's so cheap and grows huuuuge! In the UK it's all baby spinach and expensive when making a big enough batch for Spanakopita or pastas. In Australia we'd call this a spinach and cheese pie, or tart. I think it's a tart in the UK too. Looks great and I think it will be quicker and more affordable to make this way. 🥬🧀
