500 gr boiled large white beans
500 ml hot water
1 Onion
1 Carrot
1 cup canned tomato
1 coffee spoon of Vegetable Seasoning
Salt, pepper, thyme, cumin, bay leaf
1 pinch of Celery leaves
1 pinch of Parsley
1 tablespoon of Butter
Note: If you want to eat cold, do not use Butter. Use 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
