I have tried it with phyllo from a local market. It's good, but I prefer the spinach. A few vegetation justify the cholesterol 😄

I would make *****pitas and baklava all the time if stores have phyllo made with Olive oil instead of canola oil and no preservatives. Maybe you can produce them and make them available in stores like Trader Joe's?
