Turning a waste product into something useful is the definition of "recycling." A new technique being tested in Saint Louis takes the concept in an extreme direction, turning hog manure into asphalt paving.

hows the stretch looking 11 years later ? maybe it needed whitener added to it to reduce the albedo and causing it to last longer.
