As a former Regular Army veteran, I read the title of the video and immediately thought this guy was going to actually run laps on the track…because, you know…ARMY!
Hey Alex awesome video brother. Most people have no idea about the blood sweat and poison ivy it takes to put on a race at a local level much less a pro national. And as someone who has been coming to Millville for years your family and volunteers do an excellent job. Can’t wait for a few more weeks we will see you there
Sir A-Mar, that is my dream job, i sometimes prefer just prepping my track and maintaining the grounds to make them look a site to see, nothing better the color of wet dirt surrounded by nothing but "Greenscape's". ITs way harder then what most people think it takes to maintain a track and property. I am asking, or begging, depends how you look it, If your family facility needs a onsite grounds keeper/local races track keeper then PLEASE let me know and I will quit my current job and move the wife and i up in our camper and set-up shop. Also, weed eating, i love it!! get me a Sthil with the u handles and away i go!! soon to be 50 years old, no kids, only wife and dogs. I want to do this work as for my retirement and learn as much as i can. I wanted to have a public place like this but reality set in after i built mine and learned the hard way about track layout, building and PREP work!! it is a ton of work and you have to love doing this type of work. I am your guy if you need one. Currently live in north ga mountains and my wife is from Michigan, so we know about the winter months.
