Yo trabajo con una abogada de inmigración, y ciertos oficiales de USCIS no piden todos los documentos o te hacen todas las preguntas, todo depende del oficial. Pero si muchas de las aplicaciónes piden que se hagan el examen médico que tiene que ir sellados

from what I know, get that car under both of your names. if something happens to you, it will be hard for Jorge to take over the car (don't quote me). Also, add him to your credit card so he can piggy back off your credit & he can establish credit here

It’s two years if you’ve been married for less than two years

If you apply before the 2 years of being married, you will have to renew and show as they are, that you married for the right reasons after having you residency for 2 years, if you wait 2 years and than apply it is approved for longer. Every case is different honestly

They are now renewing they are removing there conditions to get the 10 years green card. He only had a temporary one for two years because his case was approved before they were two years married.
