I have to admit, it broke my heart a little to hear Billie Joe say he’s not a fan of long songs. Tracks like Jesus of Seburbia and Homecoming hit super deep with a lot of fans. But I understand people change with age.

I’m finally coming to see GREEN DAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!😍😍😍 I was obsessed as a teenager. I had big carpets full of magazine cuts, and all and anything related to Green Day. All the albums, shirts everything. They introduced me to punk. The first song I hear was ‘wake me up when September ends’ , I had just turned 11 and bough the Bullet in a Bible CD with the money I got for my birthday in 2005 😭. I became a fan instantly. I watched the Bullet in a Bible DVD all day, everyday, dreaaaaaming to see them live. I was in Mexico. And I could only wish and dream to come true…… and now AFTER 16 YEARS it’s finally IS HAPPENING !!!! Going to see them in Colorado 😭😭😭😭😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 too many emotions will come out of me. You don’t understand. I had put this on my bucket- list, ever since I discovered them. Over and over again. IT´S HAPPENING!!!!✨

I think so too. During the recent KROQ interview Billie Joe actually said,” I don’t want to get political” after he vaguely mentioned Trump. If you’ve been following Green Day since 1994 you know he’s never stopped himself from getting political. I think there’s an epic album coming but they don’t want to hype it up yet.
